ॐ What is Dru Yoga?

Dru Yoga is a gentle and effective form of yoga suitable for all
- no matter your age, flexibility or experience of yoga.

This graceful, powerful form of yoga with its emphasis on soft, flowing movements has its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition.

Classes aim to increase energy levels and improve strength and flexibility, as well as helping to combat stress and provide deep relaxation.

Classes are suitable for beginners as well as those who have practised yoga before. Modifications are always provided so you can tailor your yoga practice to suit you.

ॐ What are the benefits of Dru Yoga?

I love talking to students to find out what benefits they have noticed from their yoga practice.

ॐ What should I bring to class?

ॐ Wear any comfortable clothes that don't restrict your movement - sports clothes are not essential

ॐ A yoga mat

ॐ A blanket or shawl

ॐ Extra layers and socks for the relaxation

ॐ Blocks and a yoga belt if you have them

Please let me know if you do not yet have your own mat; I can bring one along for your first few sessions.

Pam offers one-to-one classes, which are designed with you in mind. Whether you are a complete beginner who would like to try yoga in the comfort of your own home before attending a group class, or you are already pracitising yoga every day, private classes are a great way to explore yoga further.
