ॐ Praise

Thanks to my wonderful students for their feedback

"Pam's yoga class is wonderful. Although I am a beginner, Pam fills me with confidence, allowing me to relax and enjoy the class immensely. Her voice is extremely calm and soothing, providing the perfect balm after a stress-filled day, and I feel so much more relaxed and invigorated after attending one of her classes."

"This class is really relaxing and helps bring calm into my life! This is the first time I have done Dru yoga and I like the gentle style of it along with the relaxation elements, but also the variation of stretches/postures. I like Pam's teaching of yoga and she explains all the positions really well. She makes the class very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. I want to do more yoga!"

"I cannot praise Pam's yoga class enough! As a beginner I was made to feel very welcome and find her class excellent for relaxation after a stressful week at work. I feel calmer and sleep better after my yoga class. I would encourage anyone to try it!"

ॐ What is Dru Yoga?

Dru Yoga is a gentle and effective form of yoga suitable for all
- no matter your age, flexibility or experience of yoga.

This graceful, powerful form of yoga with its emphasis on soft, flowing movements has its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition.

Classes aim to increase energy levels and improve strength and flexibility, as well as helping to combat stress and provide deep relaxation.

Classes are suitable for beginners as well as those who have practised yoga before. Modifications are always provided so you can tailor your yoga practice to suit you.

ॐ What are the benefits of Dru Yoga?

I love talking to students to find out what benefits they have noticed from their yoga practice.

Here are just a few things that my students have recently told me about:

ॐ Feeling more relaxed and less stressed

ॐ Improved sleep

ॐ Better flexibility and greater range of movement

ॐ Clearer sinuses

ॐ Reduced chronic pain

As each person experiences different benefits from practising any style of yoga,
the best way to find out what it can do for you is to try it for yourself!

ॐ What should I bring to class?

ॐ Wear any comfortable clothes that don't restrict your movement - sports clothes are not essential

ॐ A yoga mat

ॐ A blanket or shawl

ॐ Extra layers and socks for the relaxation

ॐ Blocks and a yoga belt if you have them

Please let me know if you do not yet have your own mat; I can bring one along for your first few sessions.
